Face to face session with programming included. Program is set out based on your goals and how many days intended to train. Updated every 4-6 weeks depending on progress. Nutritional advice also included.

How it works

  • Client will have a program personalised to their goals. Once a week client will have a 1:1 session and will also have a program to follow on designated days. Weekly catch ups to track progress and nutrition.
